DASAGA LLC operates under the names The Mayweather Experience and Legend Coaches . By booking a session on our platform, you agree to the following terms set by DASAGA LLC .
Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our platform.
- Sessions are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled under the conditions outlined below.
Rescheduling & Video Submission Policy
- You may reschedule your session at no additional charge if you notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the session will not be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited.
- You must submit a training video (under 5 minutes) at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- If a video is not submitted on time, your session will be rescheduled but not refunded.
- If the submitted video is poor quality, not within the required length, or does not include appropriate training footage, the coach may reject it and you will be required to resubmit a proper video before the session.
Session Guidelines
- Sessions are 25 minutes longand conducted online.
- If you arrive late, your session time will not be adjusted. The session will still end at the scheduled time.
- Coaches provide strategic feedback and guidance, but they are not responsible for any training-related injuries.
- You are responsible for your own physical condition and should consult a physician before engaging in training.
Code of Conduct & Platform Integrity
- All communication with coaches must be respectful and professional. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.
- You may not solicit, request, or attempt to engage with any coach outside of The Mayweather Experience platform. Doing so may result in account termination.
- You may not record, distribute, or share any session content without explicit permission from the coach and DASAGA LLC.
Session Recordings & Content Ownership
- We record all strategy sessions. By booking a session, you grant DASAGA LLC full ownership and unlimited usage rights to the recorded content.
- DASAGA LLC may use, edit, distribute, publish, and monetize session recordings for any purpose, including promotional, educational, and commercial use.
- You will not receive any compensation or ownership rights over the recorded content.
- If you do not wish for your session to be used publicly, you must submit a written request in advance, and approval will be at our sole discretion.
Liability Waiver
- By participating, you acknowledge that boxing and fitness training involve physical risks, and you assume full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur.
- DASAGA LLC, The Mayweather Experience, and Legend Coaches are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or after the session.
Privacy & Data Usage
- Your personal information and training videos are handled securely and only used for the purpose of providing coaching services.
- We do not sell, share, or distribute your data without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Agreement
- By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
